Harm Reduction is a policy, program, and approach aimed at reducing the harmful health, social, and economic consequences associated with the use of psychoactive substances.

Conducting training on Harm Reduction policies and programs, creating and implementing Harm Reduction programs (needle and syringe exchange, working with addicts in field conditions (outreach), individual and group counseling related to addiction diseases, viral hepatitis, and AIDS).
